Ms Loayza Malca has a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, Peru. She is responsible for planning and development in the AFF Peru office. She has vast experience in working with high-risk children, as well as, development of children's short-term programs. Stephanie has taken courses on Marriage and Family, Social Doctrine and Social Programs Development.
