Carlos Beltramo is the co-author of the book series Alive to the World / AW and the Academic Director of Alliance for the Family.

• Visiting instructor at various universities, including Universidad San Pablo de Arequipa, Peru; Universidad La Sabana and Universidad La Gran Colombia, Bogota, Colombia; and Universidad Lumen Gentium, Cali, Colombia, Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción, Chile, and Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, Mexico.
• Has presented about family policies in the congresses of Peru, Bolivia and Honduras.
• Collaborated in the design of sexual education plans for municipalities in Argentina and Chile.
• Has lectured and taught training courses on values and family life in Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Chile, Venezuela, Uruguay, El Salvador, Honduras, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, and Spain.

He is Licensed in Philosophy from Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP), Mexico.

He currently lives in Pamplona, Spain, where he is a doctoral candidate in Education at Universidad de Navarra.

He is also the representative of the Population Research Institute to the European Union.

He is married to Mónica Ballón and has five children.
