The Chairwoman of AFF, Mrs. Vollmer resides in Caracas, Venezuela.

  • President of the Latin American Alliance for the Family / ALAFA, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human life and the family throughout Latin America.
  • President, Associación Provida de Venezuela / PROVIVE.
  • Creator and co-author of Alive to the World / AW.
  • Founder of The Leopoldo Program, a home-based rehabilitation program for poor children with brain-injury or learning disabilities.
  • Member of the Pontifical Council for the Family.
  • Member of the Pontifical Academy for Life.
  • Member of the delegation of the Holy See to the UN, 1990-1995.
