Prior to GlobeNet, Mr. Contag held executive positions in the US and Latin America, including President and CEO of a leading systems integration firm, CTO/Executive VP of a Wireless Service provider, and VP of Engineering of a leading Network Integration firm. Mr. Contag has been responsible for managing high-level relationships as well as telecommunications and high-technology projects for start-up enterprises as well as multi-national and Global 100 companies. He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and organizations. Specializing in strategic alliances and the relationship of technology and telecommunications to business, Mr. Contag holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and an Executive Engineering Management certification from IESA.
