School for Parents

While students are studying “Aprendiendo a Querer” ("Alive to the World") in order to become better people today and tomorrow, their parents are following a similar methodology called “Enseñando a Querer” (“Teaching to be Alive to the World”).

AFF’s initiative aims to provide parents with strategies and techniques for understanding and communicating with their children more effectively, by identifying their weaknesses and turning them into strengths and in this way guide their kids through the various stages of childhood, at their own pace.

Participants in “Enseñando a Querer” are divided into four groups according to the age of their children. Each group discusses a variety of topics including "The challenges of families today," "How do I teach my children social skills?", ”Talking about sexuality," and "Help at home with my teenager,” among others. In addition, lectures on topics such as "The impact of social networks" are also offered.
